What You’ll Do
- Call members to book healthcare visits
- Answer inbound calls on the English queue
- Update CRM and scheduling tools after calls
- Follow up on no-shows and reschedules
- Confirm next steps before ending calls
- Escalate urgent needs fast through clear workflows
Must-Haves
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- 1+ year call center or customer service experience
- Basic CRM and scheduling tool experience
- Onsite in Ormoc City, Leyte
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Nice to Have
- Healthcare scheduling experience
- Comfortable handling 50–100+ calls daily
