OBJECTIVE


To support the sixstepsrecords team and artists, primarily through managing and growing our social media accounts and communication lists by coordinating marketing and promotional campaigns that have our heart, mission, and vision running through them, and are excellently implemented . This individual will play a pivotal role in working alongside the sixstepsrecords team to export our artists projects to the world. A high-capacity, hard-working, positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded, solution-oriented individual will succeed in this role by strategically supporting brand growth and strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Social Media coordination for all sixsteps artists
  • Responsible for creating a well developed and thorough social media calendar for each artist account
  • Collaborate with Content and Creative Coordinator to ideate content, communicate content deadlines, and coordinate asset feedback and approvals to ensure scheduling timelines are met
  • Responsible for writing copy for post captions, scheduling, and posting content
  • Handle community engagement (monitor and moderate X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube accounts, including interaction with followers, answers to questions, DMs within 12 hours after posting)
  • Consistently generate, implement, and evaluate new ideas for fresh content that aligns with our brand
  • Coordinate with team and artists based on schedule for releases, tour, and all artist efforts
  • Consistently monitor and report key social media metrics, statistics, and insights
  • Closely monitor marketing, social media and technology trends and make recommendations based on new developments
  • Coordinate with Capitol CMG digital team for all social media efforts
  • Implement email & text campaigns for all sixstepsrecords artists
  • Coordinate with design, write copy, coordinate feedback and approvals, and schedule to send as needed to support campaign deadlines
  • Coordinate with Passion/Passion City Church social and marketing teams
  • Submit marketing requests with appropriate design assets and copy as needed

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL


  • Has managed at least one brand’s social media account, with preference towards experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Has a strong eye for design and photography
  • Has worked in a digital, communications or other marketing equivalent environment
  • Has strong copy-writing skills, written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, with particular regard to spelling and grammar
  • Has a degree in Marketing, Communications or a similar field.
