What you’ll do


  • Lead all Scrum ceremonies (clear cadence, fewer blockers)
  • Act as Scrum Master across 1–2 product teams
  • Remove blockers fast to keep sprint velocity high
  • Define roadmap with stakeholders (clear priorities)
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria (no ambiguity)
  • Own backlog prioritization (value, impact, feasibility)
  • Use BI tools to guide product decisions (real data)
  • Track KPIs/OKRs and report progress clearly
  • Align engineering, design, and business teams

Must-haves


  • 4+ years Product Manager or Scrum Master experience
  • Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and facilitation
  • Experience running Scrum ceremonies end-to-end
  • Hands-on BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Data analysis → product decisions
  • Strong stakeholder communication

Nice to have


  • CSM or PSM certification
  • Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Experience scaling agile across teams
  • Worked with product, UX, and data teams
