Milja Valentine, a Senior Talent Partner at LeadDesk. Together with Alejandro Sanchez, our Sales Director, we’re strengthening our Sales team in Spain. Are you a driven doer with the hunger to succeed? Have you booked your own meetings before and feel ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a Sales Executive who is eager to grow. Not only by booking meetings, but by taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from calling prospects to running demos and closing deals. If you have experience in outbound sales and generating your own pipeline, this could be your next move.

What you can expect as a Sales Executive at LeadDesk


  • Hunting for new logos and driving outbound activity
  • Generating outbound leads and progressing them through the pipeline
  • Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deals
  • Collaborating with Customer Success Managers during handover
  • Maintaining CRM hygiene and contributing to forecasting accuracy
  • Participating in marketing and sales campaigns and events

What success looks like in this role in the first 6 to 12 months


  • You ramp up quickly and reach full activity targets after the onboarding period
  • You generate a steady flow of qualified meetings and progress opportunities through the pipeline with confidence
  • You take full ownership of your sales cycle from first contact to closed deals
  • You respond to inbound leads in a timely manner and follow up consistently after demos to move deals forward
  • You become confident in our product and sales process and handle customer conversations independently while collaborating smoothly with internal teams

Must-haves


  • Previous experience in driving new business by identifying, qualifying and closing new customer logos
  • Proven track record in B2B outbound sales and new customer acquisition
  • Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy and persistence, with the ability to bounce back from setbacks and learn quickly
  • Solution oriented mindset with a strong consultative selling approach
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using CRM and digital sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Curious mindset with an eagerness to learn from peers, customers and feedback

Nice-to-haves


  • Experience in SaaS or a similar B2B environment, ideally in inbound or product-led growth environments
  • understanding of key sales metrics (e.g. pipeline coverage, MRR, conversion rates) and how to optimise them

Practicalities


  • Location: Madrid
  • Work permit in Spain: Required
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Work model: Hybrid model, 3 days a week at the office
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 18:00, Friday 9:00 to 15:00
  • Employment: Full time and permanent
  • Compensation: €30,000-39,000 base salary + commission (On target earnings €50,000-65,000/year).
