Each concept is a testament to our commitment to innovative experiences, community connection, and high standards of service.We are seeking to appoint a Multimedia Designer to join our Visual Design team, contributing to the creative output across our portfolio of homegrown F&B brands. Reporting into the Visual Design function, this role focuses on producing high-quality social media content, digital assets, and motion-based creative that supports brand growth, campaign performance, and day-to-day marketing needs.The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with the wider Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to deliver visual work that is consistent, considered, and aligned with each brand's identity and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and adapt content for social media and digital platforms across multiple brands within the Independent Food Company portfolio
- Produce motion graphics, animations, reels, and video edits to support campaigns, product launches, and ongoing content requirements
- Contribute to the execution of campaign rollouts, seasonal activations, new openings, and always-on content calendars
- Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines, visual standards, and the wider creative direction set by the Visual Design team
- Prepare, optimize, and deliver final assets for digital publishing, paid media, and in-store screen formats in line with platform specifications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Brand Managers, Marketing Executives, and Content Producers, to interpret briefs and deliver effective creative solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and turnaround expectations
- Maintain awareness of design, motion, and social media trends within the F&B and lifestyle space, and apply relevant insights to creative output
Requirements
- Two years of relevant experience in multimedia design, motion design, or a similar creative role, preferably within F&B, hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced agency environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Sound understanding of motion design, typography, layout, composition, and digital design principles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands and projects concurrently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of social-first, motion, and digital design work
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative working approach
- Awareness of current social media trends, platform best practices, and content formats relevant to the F&B sector
