www.saviynt.com.The Manager, Solutions Engineering is a leadership role within the Saviynt revenue organization,combining technical expertise with strategic vision to drive the adoption of Saviynt’s innovativeplatform for identity governance, access management, and cloud security. Saviynt’s convergedsolutions simplify access control, ensure compliance, and enhance security across hybrid andmulti-cloud environments, enabling organizations to succeed in today’s fast-paced digitallandscape.In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineers, ensuring their developmentand success in delivering exceptional pre-sales engagements.
You will collaborate closely withSales Leadership, Product Teams, and Customer Success to align technical strategies withbusiness goals, drive customer outcomes, and foster innovation. Additionally, you will play a keyrole in scaling the team, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to Saviynt’s overallgrowth.Location: Boston
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers,ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to enhance technical expertise, customerengagement skills, and strategic thinking.
- Establish and maintain a collaborative team culture focused on innovation,knowledge-sharing, and delivering customer value.
Strategic Customer Engagement:
- Oversee and participate in high-impact customer engagements, includingtechnical discovery sessions, workshops, and strategic planning discussions.
- Guide the development of customized presentations, demos, and Proof ofConcepts (POCs) that align with customer needs and showcase Saviynt’s value.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, includingexecutives, to ensure alignment and long-term success.
Operational Excellence:
- Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices and processes forpre-sales activities, including RFP responses, business case development, andcompetitive analysis.
- Monitor and prioritize team activities to ensure timely and effective support for topregional opportunities.
- Regularly provide feedback to Product Management, Marketing, and SolutionsStrategy teams to influence product direction and market positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a key liaison between pre-sales and post-sales teams, ensuring smoothtransitions to Customer Success and Professional Services.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align technical strategies with revenueobjectives and regional priorities.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to deliver thoughtleadership materials and refine offerings based on market feedback.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in Cloud Security, Identity and AccessManagement, or related domains, with a proven track record in pre-sales leadership orconsulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalentexperience (e.g., certifications such as ISACA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft AzureFundamentals, Google Cloud Security Engineer).
- Strong technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead ofindustry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Up to 50% domestic travel
