About the role

Requirements
About you
We are looking for someone with strong housekeeping experience, excellent standards and a natural ability to support and influence others.You will need:
- Significant experience in a senior housekeeping role
- Experience within care, hospitality or another service-led environment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning processes, equipment, products and safe working practices
- Understanding of COSHH and infection prevention and control
- Experience carrying out audits, quality checks or risk assessments
- The ability to coach, mentor and develop others
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Good customer service skills and a desire to make a positive difference
- Budget awareness and the ability to work with suppliers
- The ability to travel regularly across Belong villages
- A full driving licence
- A relevant cleaning qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 in Cleaning and Building Interiors, would be desirable. We would also consider someone willing to work towards this.
