 For the Corporate Office, we're looking for an Assistant Contract Administrator in 

Miami, FL.


Position Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Assist in maintaining contract files and purchaser database.
  • Assist in receiving and tracking broker registrations, licenses and maintaining all broker information files as required.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting backup documentation to the Project Accounting team (bi-weekly/monthly) for commission payments to outside brokers.
  • Assists in reviewing all purchase agreements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Responsible for assisting with buyer correspondence and calls.
  • Assists Contract Administrator with projects as needed.

Experience and Education:


  • Degree in Business Administration or related.

  • 3-5 years experience as contract administrator assistant.

  • Experience in real estate field.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, CRM system, Docusign, Yardi and Outlook

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and punctual

  • Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
