This role involves managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from identifying client needs to delivering tailored AV solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.

By acting as the client’s trusted advisor, the Key Account Manager plays a vital role in building long-term partnerships and contributing to client’s market position and business growth.Job DimensionsAccount Management & Sales ExecutionManage a portfolio of key clients and serve as the main point of contact.Understand client business objectives and develop customized solutions in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams.Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives within assigned accounts.Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.Relationship Building & RetentionEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers.Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins, reviews, and prompt issue resolution.Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and solution expansion.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and technical support, to ensure smooth delivery and post-sale service.Provide client feedback to improve solution offerings and service delivery.Reporting & ForecastingMaintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM system.Prepare forecasts and sales reports for leadership visibility.

Job Requirement


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a key account or consultative selling role.Postgraduate diploma or MBA.Experience in the AV or electronics distribution sector.

Language Proficiency:


Fluent in Arabic and English. Native Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal English communication.

Professional Certifications:


Sales or customer relationship training. Key Account Management or Solution Selling certifications.
