About the Job:
The contractor shall be committed, throughout the contract period, to managing the Security Incident Response System services, updating the system, monitoring its operation, ensuring that it functions according to best approved practices, implementing required modifications as requested by the beneficiary entity, providing optimal solutions, and fully addressing all system-related issues, including contacting vendors if necessary. The contractor shall also be responsible for monitoring system reports and providing the beneficiary entity with periodic reports.
Key responsibilities include:
• Incident Monitoring: Monitor security alerts and provide initial reports on potential incidents.• Data Analysis: Assist in analysing security data using SOAR tools to detect threats.• Action Execution: Execute predefined security procedures under the supervision of a senior member.• Documentation: Document incidents and the actions taken to ensure an accurate record is maintained.• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to provide support and assistance when needed.Technical support service shall be provided 8 hours per day, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.
Plans for system management will be developed in coordination with the beneficiary entity.
