We are looking for a Talent Delivery Associate to drive our recruitment engine and deliver top-tier talent to our clients.This is a high-impact, commercial role—not traditional HR. As an Associate, you will own the end-to-end responsibilities involved with our Talent Access & Deployment practice, with direct accountability for filling client roles, building talent pipelines, and driving revenue through placements.

You will work fast, think structurally, and obsess over quality.

Role Purpose


Own and scale Talentsquare’s core revenue engine by sourcing, assessing, and deploying high-quality talent across client engagements. This role directly converts demand into billable placements.

This is not HR. This is commercial talent delivery.


What You Will Own (Full ownership, not support)


  • End-to-end recruitment across executive search & mid-level hiring
  • Candidate sourcing pipelines (active + passive)
  • Candidate assessment (interviews, screening frameworks, evaluation reports)
  • Client delivery on all talent mandates
  • Talent pool building (pre-vetted, ready-to-deploy candidates)
  • Time-to-fill and placement quality
  • Supporting proposal development with talent insights
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing business opportunities to sell and deploy talent to open client needs.
  • Finding and activating placement opportunities for candidates in our talent registry and database.
  • Balancing “pull” delivery (client requests) with “push” sales (matching bench talent to unstated demand)

Key Responsibilities


  • Fill client roles fast, with quality (speed = revenue)
  • Proactively sell and deploy talent to open opportunities
  • Match registry/database candidates to placement openings
  • Push bench talent into client demand, not just react to requests
  • Build structured candidate evaluation frameworks
  • Create repeatable hiring pipelines by role category
  • Maintain high-touch candidate experience
  • Partner with Sales Lead to understand client needs deeply
  • Develop bench talent pools for recurring roles
  • Track and report all hiring metrics weekly

Profile We Want


  • 3–5 years in recruitment, executive search, or talent consulting
  • Strong interviewer (can assess competence, not just CVs)
  • Commercial mindset (understands revenue impact)
  • Fast, structured, and extremely responsive
  • Networked in at least one key talent vertical (e.g., Sales, Tech, Finance, Operations)

Compensation Philosophy


  • Base: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000/month (depending on experience)
  • Plus aggressive placement-linked incentives
  • Must be able to 3X your base salary via placements within 90–120 days
