Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and product opportunities
- Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and industry insights to support product decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams (design, merchandising, operations) to align on product initiatives
- Track product performance and compile reports with actionable recommendations
- Maintain organized product data, research findings, and documentation
- Assist with ad hoc projects and presentations as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (experience with data analysis is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Learning Opportunities:
- Exposure to end-to-end product development and merchandising strategies

Compensation & Duration:
- $21.25/hr
