The contractor shall, throughout the duration of the contract, be responsible for managing the services of the Network Access Control (NAC) system and the Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Network Detection and Response (NDR) systems. This includes updating the systems, monitoring their performance, ensuring they operate according to industry best practices, and implementing any necessary changes as requested by the client, while providing optimal and secure solutions. The contractor shall also be fully responsible for resolving any system-related issues and coordinating with vendors or manufacturers if required.

Additionally, the contractor must monitor system reports and provide the client with regular reports on system performance.• Identity Verification and Authentication: Verify the identity of devices and users before granting access to the network.• Policy Development: Define and update security policies that determine who can access various resources and how access is granted.• Permission Management: Assign permissions to users based on their roles and job requirements.• Access Monitoring: Monitor network activities to ensure compliance with security policies and detect unauthorized access attempts.• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of the NAC system with other security platforms such as SIEM and NDR.• Training and Awareness: Provide staff training on security best practices and raise awareness on the importance of access control.• Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on the cybersecurity status and any incidents that have been managed.• Auditing: Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of security controls and identify vulnerabilities.The contractor shall provide technical support services for 8 hours per day, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.

Operational plans shall be developed in coordination with the client to ensure effective system management.
