HR Generalist — Corporate Office | Hybrid (1 remote day/week) | Full-Time Growth Track: HR Director within 4 years
At Penn Power Group, we know that our success starts with our people. We are hiring an HR Generalist with a defined path to HR Director. This is a long-term opportunity for an HR professional ready to grow into a leadership role over the next four years. Requirements
What you'll own:
- Pre-employment and onboarding (offer acceptance through day one)
- Employee relations — investigations, corrective action, performance management
- Leave administration — FMLA, STD, WC, ADA, personal, and military leave
- Compliance — EEO/AAP, DOT drug testing, OSHA/MSHA, prevailing wage
- HRIS administration and reporting (Paylocity)
- LMS administration and training coordination
- Workers' compensation and FMLA case monitoring
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience (4 years is our sweet spot)
- Hands-on leave administration experience
- Strong employee relations and investigation skills
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Paylocity or comparable HRIS proficiency
- Comfortable working across a multi-location, industrial environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; PHR/SHRM-CP a plus
