What You’ll Do
- Research and identify high-quality events- Manage full booking process from application to confirmation- Communicate with event organizers and internal teams- Maintain calendars, event lists, and documentation- Negotiate pricing, sponsorships, and booth placement- Track payments, reports, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in event coordination, marketing, or related field (or associate’s degree)- Strong organizational and communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Compensation & Bonuses
- $30/hour (bi-monthly pay)-Uncapped bonusesRequirements
- 2+ years previous experience in Event and/or Retail Marketing or other related fields and/or an Associates degree
- Ability to build rapport with all internal and external contacts
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
