Eberjey is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Full-Time Sales and Operations Associate to join our dynamic retail team. We are looking for a positive brand representative who is passionate about creating memorable shopping experiences, building genuine customer relationships, and supporting overall store performance.
As a key member of the team, this individual will act as both a client-facing stylist and an operational partner. On the sales floor, you will serve as a trusted brand ambassador - deeply knowledgeable and driving a thoughtful service-driven approach. Behind the scenes, you will ensure seamless store operations through efficient stock management, organization, and merchandising support.The ideal candidate brings prior retail experience, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. They are equally comfortable engaging with clients and executing operational tasks, consistently maintaining a polished, organized, and welcoming store environment.

  • Deliver a personalized, elevated client experience through thoughtful styling, product knowledge, and genuine relationship building. 
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base while representing the brand within the local community.
  • Support seamless store operations though effective inventory management, stock organization, and fulfillment of transfers and shipments.
  • Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards, ensuring the boutique is consistently polished, organized, and client ready.
  • Assist with daily store functions, partnering with leadership to support overall performance and brand initiatives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive, inclusive team environemnt and upholding the brand's values and aesthetic at all times.

  • Prior retail experience preferred, with a strong foundation in client service, sales, and relationship building.
  • Passion for client experience, fashion, and community engagement, with a proactive and adaptable approach. 
  • Polished communication skills and a professional team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with retail technology, including POS systems (KWI a plus!), Microsoft Office, and ability to use iPad/laptop.
  • Flexible schedule - ability to work weekends, holidays, and be on call as needed.
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the role, including standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 30 lbs.
