• Disassemble, inspect, evaluate, and assemble components to OEM standard.• Compile accurate component analysis and reports• Maintain professional image when representing BWE• Warranty remans returns• Compile component condition / failure reports• Safety Orientated• Repair and maintain CAT equipment

• Matric or equivalent• Qualified in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) NQF 3• Component specific technical knowledge and skills• Sound interpersonal and communication skills and basic technical report writing• Basic business and financial understanding• Computer Literacy (SIS, STW & ET) knowledge• Component rebuilding experience – minimum 5 years• Applicable product knowledge• Drivers licence – Code C1• Understanding of supplier warranty systems, policies & procedures• Engine Dyno experience as an advantage
