We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef Baker to lead and develop our bakery operations in a professional hospitality environment
Role Overview:
Oversee all bakery productionEnsure high standards of quality, consistency, and innovationLead the bakery team and develop new recipesDrive operational excellence
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily bakery operationsDevelop and innovate products (bread, viennoiserie, pastries)Ensure product quality and consistencyMonitor inventory, control costs, and reduce wasteMaintain hygiene and food safety standardsTrain and develop team members
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef Baker or Senior Bakery ChefStrong knowledge of artisan baking, fermentation, and pastry techniquesLeadership and team management skillsExperience in high-volume or hospitality environmentsCreativity and attention to detail
