What We Look For
We’re looking for an Associate Account Coordinator to work closely with the Senior Account Coordinator in managing day-to-day operations across client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure systems, documentation, and processes run smoothly.You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting shipment coordination, and helping resolve operational and client-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Account Coordinator in daily account operations and follow-ups
- Maintain and update internal systems with accurate shipment, client, and documentation data
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping and logistics documentation
- Track shipments and ensure all records are up to date and aligned with operations
- Ensure timely follow-ups on client requests and maintain a high level of responsiveness
- Handle ad-hoc requests and support urgent operational needs when required
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customs, finance) to support smooth execution
- Assist in resolving operational issues and responding to client inquiries promptly
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with requirements
- Flag any discrepancies or delays proactively
Qualifications & Work Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a coordination/admin role
- Basic understanding of import/export documentation is a plus
- Experience working with logistics or ERP systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Exposure to client-facing communication
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Client-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to stay responsive and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
