Catering (Kitchen) at Independent Food Company

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere, Public, Soil and Kumo.

We are looking for talented professionals to join our Catering Kitchen team in a dynamic and professional hospitality environment, across multiple kitchen sections.

Available Positions:

Demi Chef (Experience in Asian cuisine – Sushi – Hot & Cold section, or Butchery)
Commis Chef (Experience in Continental cuisine)
Chef de Partie (Experience in one of the following sections: Bakery, Pastry, Cold Kitchen)

General Requirements:

Previous experience in the same field or similar kitchen sections
Ability to work in a team and perform under pressure
Commitment to food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Hospitality or large-scale kitchen experience is preferred
