Role Overview
We’re looking for an IT Manager to own and scale our network, endpoint, and IT operations infrastructure. This role goes beyond maintenance - you will drive reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization. You will be responsible for building robust, audit-ready systems, reducing manual toil through automation, and ensuring seamless IT experience at scale.
What You’ll Own
Network & Infrastructure Reliability
Own end-to-end network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, routers, and wirelessEnsure high uptime via redundancy planning, VPN management, and ISP SLAsMonitor performance, logs, and alerts; proactively resolve issuesDrive secure network architecture (segmentation, access control, Zero Trust principlesSecurity & Compliance
Manage enterprise firewall configurations (policy, NAT, VPNs)Own ISO 27001 readiness: controls, audits, SOPs, and access reviewsLead IAM lifecycle: provisioning, de-provisioning, RBACOversee endpoint security: EDR, DLP, monitoring toolsRespond to incidents, conduct log reviews, and strengthen security postureEndpoint & IT Operations
Manage Mac, Windows, and Linux environments at scaleOwn MDM systems (enforcement, compliance, lifecycle—not just enrollment)Drive patch management, backups, and disaster recovery readinessAdminister Google Workspace (users, groups, policies, security settings)Manage IT asset lifecycle: procurement → provisioning → offboardingOperational Excellence
Own ITSM systems (SLA creation, not just execution)Build and improve SOPs, runbooks, and documentationReduce manual work via scripting and automationEnsure audit-ready documentation and system visibility Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and grow a team of IT professionals (5+ members)Partner with vendors for procurement, renewals, and supportCollaborate cross-functionally on security, compliance, and IT needsMust-Have Experience
- 8–12 years in IT infrastructure & operations, with 3+ years in leadership
- Experience managing IT for 500+ users • Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Firewalls (policy management, NAT, VPN)
- Layer 3 networking (routing, VLANs, ACLs)
- Network fundamentals (routing, NAT, VPNs, troubleshooting)
- Experience with MDM / endpoint management systems
- Strong understanding of network + security fundamentals
- Experience with:
- Patch management, backups, monitoring tools
- Google Workspace administration
- EDR, DLP, and security monitoring platforms
- Proficiency in shell scripting / automation
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
What Sets You Apart
- Certifications: CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or equivalent
- Experience with Zero Trust / SASE architectures
- Exposure to cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Hands-on with tools like JumpCloud or similar IAM/MDM platforms
- Experience in fintech/BFSI or regulated environments
- Built IT systems for scale + compliance (not just support)
