Job Summary:
The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and leading the execution of digital marketing and website initiatives. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving adoption of marketing services, and executing strategies that grow client businesses both online and in-store. The Enterprise Account Manager translates client goals into actionable plans, takes ownership of timelines and deliverables, and ensures accountability across internal teams.
Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, analytical ability, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, aligning marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Lead monthly strategy and performance calls with clients and internal teams, translating discussions into actionable plans.
- Develop, organize, and execute promotional campaigns across digital channels, including website, email, and paid media.
- Present marketing strategies and performance insights in clear, client-friendly terms.
- Analyze and report monthly on campaign performance, website analytics, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, and technical teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Coordinate content development and ensure timely delivery of creative assets and promotional materials.
- Manage third-party vendors and digital partners to support campaign objectives.
- Support co-op advertising initiatives, including participation tracking, fund utilization, and claim submission processes.
- Maintain organized project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Attend biannual Nationwide PrimeTime events and travel as needed for client meetings or industry engagements.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in account management, marketing, or related client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated experience executing or supporting digital marketing initiatives.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five (5) or more years of professional experience in account management, marketing, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats within a business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to present marketing strategies and performance data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and technical partners.
- Experience within the furniture, home furnishings, or related retail industries.
- Experience supporting or managing co-op advertising programs and reimbursement processes.
- Experience operating in multi-client or high-volume business environments.
Work Environment:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds. General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
