Basic Requirements


What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT hiring
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment
  • Exceptional English communication skills
  • Proven negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Someone who can join within the next 30 days

  • Responsible for Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skillsets as per job requirements.
  • Should be proficient in using AI tools for hiring, sourcing, interviewing etc. You will also be a master of LinkedIn
  • Should stay updated with Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest emerging IT technologies
  • Should be proactive and make necessary changes and adaptations to the hiring strategy. Should be able to recommend changes at strategic level. We are not looking for followers, but team members who challenge the status quo.
  • Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirist; etc)
  • Experience handling multiple priorities, while taking a proactive approach and maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR, IT, or business background is a plus).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in flexible shifts if needed.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong multitasking, and basic knowledge of IT skills.
