Position Summary:
The Director of Enterprise Change & Integration provides enterprise-level leadership and operational oversight of cross-functional change management across StrataTech Education Group. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this role is responsible for the structure, coordination, and execution of enterprise change through the Conduit process, including change intake, cross-functional alignment, operational readiness, implementation support, and post-implementation integration.This position oversees enterprise change activity and ensures consistency, visibility, and alignment across campuses and centralized teams.

The Director translates organizational priorities into structured execution by establishing standardized workflows, alignment checkpoints, and change management practices that support operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and consistent student and staff experience.The Director is responsible for ensuring that change is not only implemented, but effectively integrated and sustained within operations. This includes maintaining visibility into change activity, identifying cross-functional dependencies, and developing reporting frameworks that enable leadership to understand how change moves across the organization and where improvements are needed.Enterprise Change Leadership & Conduit Oversight:• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Conduit enterprise change management process.• Establish standards for change intake, prioritization, alignment, and execution across departments.• Ensure consistency in how cross-functional change is structured, reviewed, and implemented.• Serve as the central coordination point for enterprise change activity across campuses and centralized functions.Cross-Functional Alignment & Integration:• Facilitate alignment across Academics, Admissions, Student Financial Services, Registrar, HR, Compliance, and Career Services for initiatives impacting multiple functions.• Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, and operational impacts early in the change process.• Ensure appropriate stakeholders are engaged and aligned prior to execution.• Support integration of change into day-to-day operations across campuses and teams.Operational Readiness & Implementation Support:• Establish readiness standards including training, communication, SOP alignment, and operational validation prior to implementation.• Develop and oversee readiness checklists and structured go-live processes for enterprise change initiatives.• Ensure changes are implemented in a consistent, coordinated manner across impacted areas.• Monitor post-implementation stabilization and support sustained adoption.Process Standardization, SOP & Workflow Integration:• Partner with Compliance and functional leaders to align change management with SOP development and maintenance.• Support the development and standardization of workflows across departments and campuses.• Ensure process changes are documented, version-controlled, and aligned with operational execution.• Contribute to enterprise-wide documentation systems supporting consistency and scalability.Governance, Risk Identification & Decision Support:• Partner with CAO and executive leadership to support governance of enterprise change.• Provide visibility into change activity, risks, dependencies, and alignment gaps.• Escalate high-impact, cross-functional, or strategic initiatives to appropriate leadership (CAO, CFO, CEO).• Support prioritization and sequencing of enterprise change initiatives.Operational Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:• Oversee tracking and reporting of enterprise change activity, including volume, cycle time, and alignment effectiveness.• Identify patterns and trends in how change moves across the organization.• Translate operational data into insights that support improved decision-making and execution.• Continuously refine Conduit processes based on feedback, outcomes, and organizational needs.Team Leadership & Development:• Provide leadership and direction for Enterprise Change & Integration Analyst(s).• Establish priorities, expectations, and development plans for team members.• Ensure consistent execution of change management support activities.• Build organizational capability in structured change management practices.Education and Experience:Required:• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.• 5+ years of experience in operations, change management, program management, or related field.• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments.• Strong ability to structure processes, workflows, and operational frameworks.• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to travel regularly.Preferred:• Experience in higher education, workforce training, or regulated environments.• Experience supporting multi-campus operations or enterprise initiatives.• Familiarity with accreditation, compliance, or regulatory frameworks (ACCSC preferred).• Experience developing SOPs, workflow systems, or operational documentation frameworks.• Experience working with project management or workflow tools (e.g., Wrike or similar).People Responsibilities:• Enterprise Change & Integration Analyst(s)Physical Environment:· Work can be performed in a variety of settings, from temperature-controlled office environments to outdoor areas exposed to the elements· Incumbents may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal· Incumbents may use calculators, keyboards, telephones and other office equipment· Stooping, bending twisting, and reaching may be required· Some work may be completed in classroom or shop environments.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
