Shipping & Receiving Clerk
1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm)
80 Hours Holiday Pay + Generous PTO + Quarterly Bonuses
Overtime available -- not mandatory
We are hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to play a key role in ensuring the accurate, efficient, and safe flow of materials throughout the facility. This position is responsible for receiving inbound shipments, verifying and organizing inventory, preparing and packaging products. The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable communication with multiple departments, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment while maintaining a clean, compliant, and safety‑focused work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accurate logs, daily moves, and inventory records; scan and count items with precision.
- Receive purchase orders into the ERP system and move stock to proper warehouse locations.
- Promptly unload trucks and carrier deliveries (FedEx, UPS, etc.), including chemicals requiring proper handling and storage.
- Deliver materials to internal departments and ensure items are sorted, stocked, and organized in designated locations.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely and efficiently move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Collaborate and communicate with all departments, including customer service, to support the receipt and shipment of products.
- Assist with inventory adjustments and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs).
- Verify incoming items against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Clean super abrasive parts (steel grinding wheels and saw blades) using a media blaster to prepare them for packaging.
- Laser engrave parts and package them according to customer and company requirements.
- Pick orders from stock to fulfill customer needs accurately and on schedule.
- Process domestic and international shipments using the ERP system.
- Build custom boxes or crates as needed to protect products during transit.
- Load trucks and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies.
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to take measurements using a tape measure and calipers.
The Physical Side:
- Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and occasionally lift 75+ lbs.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and work at heights as needed throughout the day.
- Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE.
