Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization and play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. We are looking for a recruiter who can hit the ground running, manage searches independently, and partner effectively with hiring managers to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and move searches efficiently through the hiring process
Source, screen, and assess candidates for current and future openings
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from application through onboarding
Develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria in partnership with hiring managers
Build talent pipelines and implement proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
Promote 365’s employer brand through job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels
Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics
Maintain candidate and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system and HRIS
Partner with hiring teams to assess candidates for practical AI, automation, and process improvement capabilities where relevant
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and hiring outcomes
Support offer development and candidate closing efforts
Manage relationships with external agencies and recruiting partners as needed

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple searches independently with minimal oversight
Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines
Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, and/or technical roles
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of employment law and sound hiring practices
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms; Paylocity experience preferred
Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, and modern recruiting technologies preferred
Ability to assess candidates for practical application of AI, automation, and process improvement preferred
