About Symplicity
Symplicity is a global higher education technology company serving 1,200+ universities across 40+ countries. Our platform helps institutions connect students to careers, manage campus operations, and drive student success. We were recently acquired by Volaris Group (a division of Constellation Software), and we’re entering an exciting chapter focused on disciplined growth, product innovation, and deeper market penetration across all regions.
Our Culture
Culture is everything at Symplicity. It’s what keeps people here for years and it’s what makes the work feel worth it — even when the work is hard. A few things that define how we operate:
- Customer-first, always. Our clients are universities shaping the next generation. We take that seriously, and it shows in how we build, sell, and support.
- Adaptable by nature. We’re a global team operating across five regions, recently acquired, and constantly evolving. If you need everything to be perfectly defined before you move, this isn’t the place. If you thrive when things are in motion, you’ll love it here.
- Inclusive and low-ego. We hire good people, trust them, and make space for every voice. Titles don’t determine who gets to have ideas.
- Ownership over everything. We don’t wait to be told. If it’s your region, your campaign, your project — it’s yours. We back people who take the wheel.
What We Offer
- Full ownership of a regional marketing function with real impact on pipeline and revenue
- Direct partnership with senior sales leaders and global marketing leadership
- Access to global marketing resources, content frameworks, and campaign playbooks — you’re not building from scratch
- A collaborative, low-ego global marketing team that shares openly across regions
- A team culture built around AI experimentation — we actively encourage everyone to test new tools and approaches, share learnings, and iterate together
- Remote-first flexibility within APAC time zones, with optional access to our Brisbane office for those who enjoy the energy of working in-person
