Role:
NationsBenefits is seeking a detail-oriented Business Product & Project Manager Intern to support our ClientServices team. This internship is ideal for a motivated individual looking to develop a career in healthcare operations,client services, and business analytics. This role will work closely with Client Services Managers and other internaldepartments to ensure the successful execution of client programs, provide project and product management support,and contribute to overall business operations.

- Onsite in Plantation, FL full time.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Client Support & Operations:
- Assist Client Service Managers with day-to-day operational tasks, including responding to client inquiries andresolving issues in a timely manner.
- Track and monitor client deliverables, such as reporting timelines, project deadlines, and client requests.
- Support account onboarding and program implementation efforts by coordinating data collection, trackingrequirements, and updating internal systems.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline processes and enhance the clientexperience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client program details, processes, and system configurations in Confluence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, IT, Product, and Finance, to address client issues andensure alignment on deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between Client Services and technical teams to communicate requirements, troubleshoot issues,and ensure timely resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Pursing bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, engineering, or arelated field.
- Experience: Actively enrolled in University or College
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power BI) is aplus.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools is preferred.
