Essential Functions:

• Performing specific QA/QC tests on construction materials and building components such as soil, concrete, and asphalt, per ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, etc. standards.
• Maintain detailed records of observations, inspections, and test results.
• Organizing lab data, processing, and report preparation.
• Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment and workspaces.
• Manage lab personnel and maintain required certifications among the laboratory team.
• Maintaining lab accreditation.

Qualifications:

• ACI Strength Testing and ACI Aggregate Testing Certifications is Required or ability to obtain within 4 months of hire
• 3+ Experience in a Construction Materials Testing Laboratory testing and sampling
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Strong project management abilities, including managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
