Lead and manage all gelato production operations

Monitor and control food costs, waste, and inventory

Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP compliance)

Train, supervise, and motivate the gelato production team

Source high-quality ingredients and manage supplier relationships

Proven experience as a Gelato Chef, Pastry Chef, or similar role
