Required Skills:
- Experience with board support packages (BSPs) and software development kits (SDKs)
- Experience with systems-on-chips (SoCs), systems-on-modules (SoMs), microprocessors, discrete memory, and integrated peripherals
- Working knowledge of embedded hardware design, printed circuit board (PCB) components, and debugging
- Working knowledge of RF sensors, technologies, and development to include: Bluetooth, cellular, NFC/RFID, software defined radio (SDR) peripherals, and Wi-Fi
- Linux system development
Position Overview: The candidate will join a seasoned team of fellow developers building a custom hardware device embedded with various RF sensors and capable of AI-inferencing at the edge. The end product will incorporate various cyber solutions and capabilities through the attached peripherals.
- Embedded system development with custom and commercial hardware
- System design optimizations to include the use of Neural Processing Units (NPUs) and convolutional neural networks (CNNs)
- Opportunity for personal development and growth using reverse engineering to alter/enhance functionality of peripherals
