Position Summary:


Xpansiv Ltd. is seeking a Lead Angular Frontend Software Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality, business-critical web applications supporting the environmental sustainability domain. This role focuses on delivering scalable, performant, and user-centric frontend solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across sustainability markets, working closely with cross-functional teams from concept through production.

Responsibilities:


  • Architect, design, and implement modern, scalable user interfaces in close collaboration with product owners, UX designers, and backend engineers. 
  • Develop and maintain applications using Angular (version 7 and above), following established best practices and architectural patterns. 
  • Build highly performant, intuitive, and accessible user experiences optimized for responsiveness and usability. 
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code supported by comprehensive unit and integration tests. 
  • Participate in release activities, monitor production deployments, and troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of front-end standards, tooling, and development processes. 

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field from an accredited institution, or comparable practical experience. 
  • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience using Angular. 
  • Demonstrated experience building externally facing, client-facing web applications. 
  • Proven success delivering scalable, component-based user interfaces across multiple release cycles. 
  • Strong understanding of modern front-end architecture and design patterns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts. 
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. 
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. 
  • Comfortable collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Client Services. 
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new business domains, tools, and technical concepts. 
  • Proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and shifting priorities. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Angular (v11+) and UI component libraries (e.g., Kendo). 
  • Solid understanding of web standards and technologies, including HTTP, RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and related front-end ecosystems.

Base Salary


Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training.
