- Location/Type: DFW Region • Onsite (in-home visits)
- DFW-based, rural coverage — primarily Cooke, Fannin, Navarro, Hill, Bosque counties; also considering candidates in Denton, Grayson, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Hunt, Hood if willing to commute
- Pay: $40/hr
- Schedule: Full-time, 36–40 hrs/week

What you’ll do

Deliver skilled nursing care in patient homes

Follow care plans and clinical protocols

Monitor vitals, meds, and home equipment

Chart visits in KanTime EMR

Coordinate with families and clinical team

Support safe care transitions

Build trust with pediatric patients and caregivers
Must-Haves

Active Texas RN license
-
1 year of nursing experience required

Available 36–40 hrs/week

Able to travel within assigned counties

Comfortable in pediatric home health

Comfortable working in home settings

KanTime EMR or EVV experience
