Aerospace Electroplating Trainee - 2nd (Monay-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to join our team in an Electroplatingrole. You’ll be working with metal components, applying plating solutions, and ensuring high-quality finishes through precise processes. This role requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. If you take pride in your work and enjoy hands-on tasks, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare parts for electroplating by cleaning and inspecting surfaces.
- Operate and monitor electroplating equipment and chemical baths.
- Follow documented procedures for plating operations and quality checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Take initiative and demonstrate a strong drive for results.
- Follow all company safety policies and practices.
- Work overtime when needed (not mandatory).
What You’ll Bring:
- No prior electroplating experience required — training provided.
- Experience in manufacturing or metal finishing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
The Physical Side:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consistently.
- Stand and sit throughout the workday as needed.
- Comfortable working around chemicals and using appropriate PPE.
