Job Summary:


The Reach Program Director guides and oversees the daily operations of community-based prevention, and early intervention programming for girls. This position provides administrative oversight of management teams and programs, leading with a positive culture, and ensuring programs provide high quality services

What This Role Does:


Ensure Quality Programming


  • Uphold professional code of ethics and State statutes, ensuring the safety of program participants, families, and the organization
  • Ensure accountability of management and program teams in maintaining fidelity to all components of the Pace Program Logic Models
  • Implement a system of checks and balances for assuring that management and program teams complete and submit all required documentation in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide training and oversight for ensuring that team members effectively apply the Transtheoretical Model of Change, Relational-Cultural Theory, and evidenced-based interventions in service provision
  • Provide training on wraparound case management practices, community behavioral health systems, and laws pertaining to youth and families
  • Review and approve documentation, including assessments, screening tools, progress notes, care plans, and transition plans to assure consistent professionally sound documentation, as needed to support management team
  • Ensure managers monitor care (case) load requirements and productivity standards as outlined in the Pace Therapy Logic Model and in accordance with programmatic needs
  • Provide crisis intervention or support as warranted, including risk assessments and family support, clinical consultation, and care coordination
  • Maintain a care (case) load as needed and to support program outcomes
  • Facilitate monthly all-team meetings to provide updates on organization-wide initiatives, review key policies and procedures, highlight program activities, and provide opportunities for collaboration
  • During individual monthly supervision, at minimum, with managers, discuss goals, review key performance indicators, identify program, and team strengths and areas of need, and ensure fidelity to Pace program model
  • Manage existing agency resources to maximize efficiency, utilization, and innovation; collaborate with Executive Director to secure opportunities for diversification of resources
  • Execute and manage grants, program budgets and allocations and grant reporting, if applicable
  • Achieve program key performance indicators through oversight of all program activities as outlined in the Pace Therapy Logic Model
  • Ensure consistent application of Gender Responsive, Trauma Informed, and Strength-Based approaches throughout all programming
  • Ensure commitment to the Pace mission, vision, culture, values and guiding principles, and strategic goals and objectives of Pace Center for Girls.
  • Provide oversight to middle managers (if applicable) and team members regarding family support/counseling with caregivers to encourage girl progression in the change process and to work with natural supports

Leadership


  • Hire, on-board, supervise, and evaluate middle managers and direct care team members, as needed, to uphold organizational culture and ensure program effectiveness
  • Direct and supervise the program team using a Gender Responsive, Trauma Informed, and Strength-Based framework
  • Provide training and coordinate internal and external professional development efforts
  • Oversee internal training requirements of direct reports and ensure licenses and certifications remain current
  • Ensure compliance regarding documentation, the collection of data and programmatic outcomes
  • Ensure grant and funder contracts are utilized to their fullest capacity and all obligations are achieved as dictated in contracts and memorandums of understanding; prepare reports accordingly
  • Monitor compliance with state and federal regulatory standards
  • Oversee quality substance abuse prevention services by monitoring the standards of the Florida Administrative Codes Chapter 65D-30
  • Ensure that all disclosures of abuse and neglect are reported timely, accurately, and in accordance with all regulatory agencies and program policies
  • Verify program incident reports are accurately documented in the student management system
  • Oversee ongoing quality assurance practices for excellence in service provision
  • In collaboration with the Executive Director, assess needs and develop goals for the program; implement strategic plans and follow through with action steps
  • Actively participate in community meetings, collaborate with local and statewide initiatives and advocate for girls and young women
  • Provide community-based trainings and represent Pace in serving as a lead organization committed to improving community conditions for all youth
  • Assist in training and oversight of assigned interns and volunteers, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

What We Require for the Job:


Required


  • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology and/or Family and Marriage
  • Active State licensure in counseling, therapy, social work, or similarly designated professional category within the state that program services are delivered
  • Minimum of five years of experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to train on case management practices, community behavioral health systems, and laws pertaining to youth and families.
  • Experience with executing and managing grants, program budgets and allocations
  • Current Florida driver’s license

Preferred


  • Licensed as a Qualified Supervisor in the State to provide clinical licensure supervision
  • Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of grant execution, service delivery, and program outcomes

Other


  • Must be capable of overseeing students both visually and audibly to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Expected to complete and participate in all required trainings and drills
  • Required to align with the Mission, Values, and Guiding Principles, maintain ethical standards, and comply with all policies and procedures of Pace Center for Girls
