About the Role:


The Dosing Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the dosing processes within retail operations to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The Dosing Manager will lead a team to implement best practices, troubleshoot dosing equipment, and maintain detailed records to support operational excellence.

By analyzing dosing data and performance metrics, the manager will identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Ultimately, this role ensures that dosing operations align with company standards and customer expectations, contributing to overall business success.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in dosing management or a similar role within the retail or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of dosing equipment, measurement techniques, and process control.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to dosing operations.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working in retail trade or consumer goods manufacturing environments.
  • Certification in quality management or process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Proficiency with dosing software and data analysis tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance standards related to product dosing.
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise daily dosing operations to ensure accuracy and consistency in product formulation and delivery.
  • Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and production teams to maintain adequate supply levels and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to dosing equipment and processes.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate dosing team members to maintain high performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Monitor dosing equipment performance, schedule maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Analyze dosing data and generate reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements related to dosing activities.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards and resolve any dosing-related quality concerns.
