How You Will Contribute:
The Recruiter will serve as a partner to hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Manager, supporting recruitment efforts across all departments within the Hayden Homes family of brands. Duties of this role will include full cycle recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting and coordinating interviews, proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers, completing reference checks, extending offer letters, and processing background checks. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiter is a key member of the Employee Experience team working towards building an industry leading recruiting function.
Responsibilities Include:
- Recruitment:
- Manages and executes full-cycle recruiting strategies, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and select candidates aligned with company culture and business needs.
- Builds and maintains strong talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels, talent pools, and proactive database management.
- Manages end-to-end candidate experience, including interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding support, and compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Employer Brand Management:
- Strengthens employer brand presence by leveraging social media, recruiting platforms, and partnerships with marketing to attract top talent.
- Engages in community outreach through job fairs, school partnerships, internships, and industry events to promote career opportunities.
- Stays current on talent acquisition trends and continuously identifies opportunities to enhance brand visibility and candidate engagement.
- Process Improvement:
- Assist with the implementation of technologies and tools that optimize and streamline candidate tracking, candidate screening, communication, and assessment.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to enhance hiring practices and ensure a consistent, high-quality recruitment process and seamless candidate experience.
- Other Duties:
- Prioritize daily and weekly tasks to align with the needs of the business and talent acquisition strategy
- Supports the preparation of recruiting dashboards and reports by maintaining and providing accurate data for metrics.
- May Assist on the implementation and execution of Employee Experience team projects and goals.

What You Can Offer:

- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Specialized knowledge
- Knowledge of local and federal recruitment regulations.
- Working knowledge of ADP or other applicant tracking system is also preferred.
- Knowledge and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Recruiter, and Handshake.
- Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
