About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us scale a world-class team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own full-cycle recruiting and partner directly with founders and hiring managers to shape the company.
What We’re Looking For
- Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, and go-to-market roles
- Partner closely with leadership to define roles, calibrate candidates, and drive hiring decisions
- Build pipelines of top-tier, often passive talent through
- Attend and host recruiting events in NYC
- Deliver a high-quality, thoughtful candidate experience from first touch to offer using our ATS Ashby
