What You’ll Do

Deliver skilled nursing care in patient homes

Follow defined care plans and clinical protocols

Monitor vitals, meds, and home medical equipment

Chart visits in Kantime EMR (simple, modern)

Coordinate with families and clinical team

Support safe transitions between care settings
Must-Haves
-
Active Texas RN license
-
Available 36–40 hrs/week

Able to travel within assigned counties

Comfortable in home health settings
Nice to Have

Kantime EMR or EVV experience

Prior home health experience

Bilingual (Spanish)
