Ema Savahl is a Miami-based couture fashion house known for hand-painted wearable art, luxury craftsmanship, and high-fashion couture. With over 30 years of heritage, we design and manufacture all pieces in-house at our Miami atelier. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a highly organized, structured, and energetic Floor Lady / Production Manager to help lead our production team and elevate operational excellence.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Floor Lady / Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, manage workflow, and help implement systems that ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This role is critical to maintaining our couture-level standards while scaling production. The ideal candidate is structured, coachable, energetic, and great with people, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management:
• Oversee daily production floor operations• Coordinate workflow between departments (cutting, sewing, painting, embellishment,finishing)• Ensure deadlines are met for all orders• Monitor production timelines and progress• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
Systems & Organization:
• Create and maintain structured production systems• Track order status and production reports• Implement workflow tracking and accountability systems• Maintain production calendars and timelines• Ensure consistent quality control standards Team Leadership• Manage and support production team members• Help coach and develop team members• Maintain strong morale and positive culture• Ensure clear communication between management and production staff• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding when needed
Quality Control:
• Maintain couture-level quality standards• Review garments before completion• Ensure accuracy in custom orders• Minimize errors and production issues
Qualifications
Required:
• Fluent in Spanish• Fluent or highly proficient in English• Highly organized and structured• Strong attention to detail• Great communication and people skills• Positive energy and leadership presence• Highly coachable and open to systems• Strong cultural fit and team mindsetExperience in fashion production or garment manufacturing
Preferred:
• Experience in fashion production or garment manufacturing• Experience managing production teams• Experience with couture or luxury production environments• Experience implementing systems and workflows
