Warehouse Manager

About the Role


The Warehouse Manager plays both a strategic and hands-on role in the development, supervision, and management of a Regional Distribution Center (RDC). This position is responsible for warehouse operations, policy and procedure implementation, and inventory control, while supporting freight and logistics for up to six satellite locations.

Job Details


  • Job Type: Full-time, in-person
  • Compensation: $85,000- 90,000 annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Do


  • Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse policies and procedures
  • Train, supervise, and support warehouse staff
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • Verify accuracy of measurements and processing of outgoing materials
  • Oversee inventory management, including weekly cycle counts
  • Maintain accurate bin locations and inventory tracking
  • Verify payment and product for will-call customers
  • Support warehouse operations as needed, including shipping and receiving
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Communicate proactively regarding orders that may miss delivery timelines
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

What You’ll Bring


  • Experience: 5+ years of warehouse management experience (experience with building materials, especially flooring preferred)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.Compensation Range$85,000 - $90,000USD
