OVERVIEW:


Glenmede is seeking a Client & Employee Experience- Platform Officer to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital service experiences across our Private Wealth and Endowments & Foundations businesses. This role will work closely with Platform Leads, business partners, and technology teams to help improve end-to-end experiences for clients and internal employees.The ideal candidate is eager to learn how technology, process, and data come together to improve client and employee experiences.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role that offers strong exposure to platform initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution, with opportunities for growth over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Support Platform Leads in the delivery of client-facing and employee-facing experience initiatives.• Assist in gathering, documenting, and organizing business requirements and user needs.• Identify and document client and employee pain points across the client lifecycle (onboarding, servicing, reporting, etc.).• Participate in discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and feedback analysis.• Translate business needs into clear documentation such as user stories, process flows, and requirements.• Coordinate with technology, operations, legal, compliance, and business partners to support solution delivery.• Assist with initiative tracking, status updates, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.• Support testing, validation, and rollout activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.• Track adoption metrics, basic KPIs, and feedback to support continuous improvement.• Maintain organized project and platform documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).• 5+ years of product management experience, with experience in Private Wealth, Asset Management, or Financial Services.• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.• Track record of delivering improved client and/or employee experiences.• Interest in client experience, digital platforms, and process improvement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


• Experience with CRM, client portals, advisor desktop platforms, or workflow automation tools.• Familiarity with data analytics, personalization, and AI-driven experience enhancements.• Experience in agile methodology.Headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, Glenmede has 9 office locations in the US.
