About the Team:


The Merchandising team is on top of the latest trends—using consumer data, research, exceptional taste and analytical skills to ensure we’ve got the right product in the right places at the right time. They work closely with partners in Design, Merch Planning, Production, E-commerce and Retail from product concept to forecasting -- planning and managing our products and inventory—ensuring we delight our customers with products that they love.

About the Role:


The Sample Coordinator plays a key support role within the Merchandising team, ensuring product samples and related information are organized, accurate, and readily available to drive business decisions. This entry-level position is responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of samples—from receiving and tracking to preparing for meetings and maintaining orderly sample spaces—enabling merchants and cross-functional partners to work efficiently. With a strong focus on organization, communication, and attention to detail, the Sample Coordinator helps keep product operations running smoothly and supports the team in bringing assortments to life.

What you’ll do:


  • Responsible for keeping our product areas humming and organized at all times - maintaining our best foot forward by ensuring all in-office samples are neatly organized, properly labeled, and reflect current product assortments.
  • Prepare and organize samples for key meetings, reviews, and presentations in partnership with merchandising and other teams. Own meeting breakdowns and reorganization.
  • Receive, track, organize, and maintain all samples for your department, ensuring accuracy and accessibility at all times.
  • Maintain up-to-date cross functional product documents with accurate product details, and act as the product expert on product changes to flow date, cost, retail price, etc.
  • Support sample lifecycle management, including archiving, returns, and recycling or donation as needed.
  • Assist with sample sales or sample inventory reduction efforts by organizing and preparing products for donation.

You are:


  • Highly organized with a curiosity to learn and strong attention to detail, with a passion for keeping products and information in order.
  • Proactive and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem-solver who can anticipate needs and adapt quickly when priorities change.
  • A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across teams.
  • A clear communicator with solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems to improve efficiency.

You have:


  • 1 or more years of experience in retail, ecommerce, product, or a related field (internships welcome).
  • Interest in merchandising or product operations, is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to support where needed.

Pay range:


$29.50 - $35.00 HourlyBase pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.Please see our Privacy Policy here
