The Role

Compensation & Financial Upside
- Payout range: 60–80%+ based on book size and structure
- Top-tier payout bands available for advisors with larger, scalable books
- No forced production grids or artificial caps
- Clear alignment between revenue generation and take-home pay
- Select advisors may have the opportunity to participate in long-term value creation initiatives, including leadership roles and potential equity participation.
- On-Target Earnings: $150K - $600K+| Uncapped earnings structure directly tied to revenue production and growth.
