RushOrderTees is one of the nation’s leading custom apparel companies, known for fast turnaround times and high-quality products. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Driver / Expediting Associate to support our production and logistics operations.
Position Overview
This role is a combination of driving and warehouse staging responsibilities. You will be responsible for transporting garments and materials between facilities, as well as organizing and staging orders for production. This position plays a key role in keeping our production workflow efficient and on schedule.
Schedule
Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Driving / Logistics:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport garments, supplies, and completed orders between facilities and designated locations
- Load and unload materials while ensuring accuracy and preventing damage
- Follow delivery schedules and communicate any delays or issues
- Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, cleanliness, reporting maintenance concerns)
- Maintain a clean driving record and follow all traffic and safety laws
Staging / Production Support:
- Stage garments on carts based on order number, due date, and production schedule
- Verify all items for each order are present, correctly labeled, and in proper quantities and sizes
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure orders are ready for each stage
- Move carts and garments between departments as needed
- Maintain organized staging areas to support efficient workflow
- Communicate with supervisors regarding order status or discrepancies
- Assist with additional warehouse or expediting tasks during peak periods
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
- Prior warehouse, delivery, or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and move materials throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
