Built real AI workflows before? This is not a late-night modeling grind.You’ll work with deal teams, find pain points fast, and help turn them into product.You’ll help shape how commercial real estate and M&A analysis gets done next.You’ll have real ownership from day one.
What you’ll do
- Work with investment teams to map deal workflows
- Spot friction in underwriting and deal review
- Build AI workflows for screening and analysis
- Turn messy PDFs into clean, usable outputs
- Prototype features with product and engineering
- Translate customer pain into product changes
- Help improve deal speed, accuracy, and output quality
Must-haves
- U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.
- No sponsorship now or later
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Know cap rates, NOI, DCFs, and rent rolls
- Built AI workflows that solved real problems
- Strong with both clients and technical teams
Nice to have
- Python experience
- API experience
- Background in finance, real estate, or data science
