We are seeking a versatile Content Marketing Specialist to support product marketing,
demand generation, and executions across email, print, web, mobile, social, events,blogs, newsletters, publications, press releases, analyst reports, and video. This role isresponsible for producing, publishing, optimizing and distributing content to promotebrand, supports campaigns, and drives engagement.location : India remote timing : US shift 3 pm to 12 AM
Skills and Knowledge:
Content Workflow Management
o Manage and optimize content production workflows from ideation topublication, ensuring, velocity, timely delivery, and adherence to deadlines.o Maintain and update content calendar, ensuring new assets aredocumented and aligns with campaigns.o Develop and maintain clear documentation for content processes,guidelines, best practices, and quality standards.o Collaborates and work cross-functionally with different departments.
Content Quality Assurance
o Implement and maintain quality control measures, including contentaudits, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand, contentstandards, and best practices.o Conduct thorough quality control check on all content, including but notlimited to articles, digital assets, videos, banners, and documents.o Adheres to content guidelines, style guides, brand, and voice and tone.
Data and Insights
o Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports oncontent performance, workflow efficiency, and key quality metrics.o Analyze data to identify trends and opportunity areas and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Tools
o Proficient in Content Management System (CMS), SEO/SEM standards,CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), analytic tools (Google Analytics),visualization tool (Canva), Project Management (Jira) and Digital AssetLibrary/Knowledge Base (Confluence).o Familiar with AI tools such as Jasper, ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot, andothers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, English orJournalism. Has the acumen to learn complex technical concepts and translate into easy-to-understand messaging. Excellent written and verbal communications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
