This is a full-time, immediate hire opportunity for the right candidate—someone with the desire to see others succeed while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, while changing the lives of relocating students. Responsible for all facets of the National Admissions team, recruiting and enrolling students residing greater than 100 miles from any StrataTech campus.

This position provides leadership to a geographically dispersed team of virtual remote admissions representatives and is accountable for national distance enrollment and start performance with focus on, relocation strategy, compliance integrity, and team development. The National Director ensures students are enrolled within optimal start windows and successfully transitioned to their designated campus location.This leader must demonstrate advanced capability in managing in a fully virtual environment, conducting virtual call and interview observations, coaching consultative sales behaviors, and driving performance across multiple campuses without direct on-site presence, while driving outcomes.Responsibilities:· Administer national distance admissions standards to achieve start objectives through a team of virtual remote admissions representatives.· Ensure distance students are enrolled within a 2–4 month start window to preserve urgency and optimize show and start rates.· Monitor, track, and manage national lead distribution greater than 100 miles from campus.· Align distance enrollment volume with campus capacity and program availability, by partnership with onsite campus leadership.Virtual Leadership & Observations· Lead, develop, and manage a team of virtual remote admissions representatives operating in a distributed environment.· Conduct structured virtual call observations including voicemail, initial call, follow-up, and objection handling.· Conduct live or recorded virtual interview observations to ensure consultative selling standards.· Provide ongoing coaching on:o Second- and third-level questioningo Trial commitments and tie-downso Objection isolation and resolutiono Same-day/next-day appointment setting· Maintain KPI accountability including:o PDL generationo Appointment-to-interview rateo Interview-to-enroll rateo Show rateo Start conversiono Contract placement by start dateRelocation & Campus Transition· Partner with campus staff for relocation services.· Ensure smooth transfer of documentation, compliance files, and enrollment agreements across campuses.· Monitor relocation show and start performance metrics.Compliance & Operational Integrity· Ensure all virtual admissions operations conducted by virtual remote admissions representatives are in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations along with the Company’s policies and procedures.· Monitor documentation accuracy, disclosures, and contract placement.· Maintain regulatory compliance across multi-state recruitment activity.Supervisory Responsibilities· Directly supervise virtual remote admissions representatives.· Plan, assign, and direct work.· Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees as needed.· Address complaints and resolve operational problems.· Develop future leaders capable of managing remote teams.Education and Experience:· Minimum 3–5 years of admissions or enrollment management experience, preferably in a multi-campus or high-volume “distance/relocation” environment.· Prior leadership experience in training, coaching, or team management strongly preferred.· Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.· Ability to travel up to 10% of the time· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment and start goals.· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
