What You’ll Do
As a Retail Associate, you’ll be one of the faces of the dispensary. Your role is to create a positive, informative, and efficient experience for every guest who walks through the door.Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Customer Experience
Greet guests and create a welcoming, professional atmosphereHelp customers navigate products and answer questions about cannabis optionsProvide recommendations based on customer needs and preferencesEnsure every guest leaves with a positive experience
Sales & Transactions
Process purchases using the point-of-sale systemHandle cash and electronic payments accuratelyPrepare and package orders for customers
Store Operations
Assist in multiple areas of the dispensary including reception, sales floor, and order fulfillmentHelp receive, organize, and stock inventory deliveriesMaintain clean, organized retail and storage spacesFollow all company policies and state cannabis regulations
Team Collaboration
Work closely with your teammates and leadership to keep operations running smoothlySupport the team with additional tasks as needed during busy periods

Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable handling cash transactions and using POS systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to obtain a state Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card after hire
Cannabis industry experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.

Work Environment
This is an active retail role that involves standing for extended periods, moving product throughout the store, and assisting customers throughout the day. Team members may occasionally use ladders or lift inventory as part of daily operations.
Schedule
Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.$18 - $18 an hour
- $18.00 per hour (non-exempt)
- Paid bi-weekly
