In addition to learning general business rules across the Ag industry, you will participate in the round robin workflow by handling basic tasks with guidance from a Data Operations Specialist or higher.

You will follow documentation closely, ensure accuracy through regular quality checks, and receive assistance with external communications as needed. 

This role will support US ET shift, hence work timings will be 5:30pm to 2:30am IST


In this role, you will …


• Complete basic data processing and cleansing tasks within the round robin workflow under Data Operations Specialist Team Lead • Complete basic tasks with support from documentation and/or team mentor • Cleanses, reviews, and matches client data in Excel and other tools • Utilize demographic information provided by data submitters to match existing records • Create new customer records using internal and external tools • Assist the Data Operations team with prioritizing high-volume data error cleansing workloads• Execute data processing steps and helps review and resolve errors or integrity issues • Begin assisting with data investigations to troubleshoot problems • Escalate items requiring developer or senior team member intervention • Escalate requests for additional information from data submitters • Perform product mapping and applies conversions to quantity and UOM on transactions • Communicate with data submitters and occasionally clients to resolve data issues with support from team mentor • Track time within assigned tickets using Tempo in Jira • Participate in regular QC reviews of work and ensures adherence to documentation standards 

Our ideal candidate will have…


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years’ experience in data entry, cleanse, review, and matching.• Ability to apply different business rules and logic to data set • Introductory knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server • Introductory knowledge of Jira and Confluence • Proficient Excel knowledge, ideally able to utilize Pivots and Vlookups • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Problem solving mindset • Desire and ability to cross-train within the team to learn about and support new processes • Desire to learn and being mentored • Ability to ask questions of others, listen, understand, and apply learnings • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop a process for achieving those goals • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while staying focused on team goals and deadlines • Proficient level of self-sufficiency in maintaining one’s own workload
